LEICHT Contracts, one of the UK’s leading providers of German engineered kitchen furniture to the new build and regeneration construction market is delighted to share that Emily Everett, is the company’s newly appointed Contract Sales Manager.

Emily joined LEICHT Contracts in April 2024, following a rapid rise up the corporate ladder since embarking upon the world of interiors nearly a decade ago.

With over seven years’ experience in the KBB sector, Emily has developed a diverse set of skills and unique blend of knowledge spanning both residential and contracts markets. Previous roles include Sales Manager at Officine Gullo, Consultant at V-ZUG UK London and Designer at BPM Bathrooms & Kitchens, which has allowed Emily to hone her expertise in design, sales strategies, showroom activation and client relationships, and apply it to her new role at LEICHT Contracts.

With a natural appreciation for the luxury interiors market and flair for international design, Emily will develop and manage supplier relations at LEICHT Contracts, with a focus on negotiating contracts, monitoring KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service and project satisfaction.

Sarah Edwards, Managing Director, at LEICHT Contracts says, “We have ambitious plans to keep growing our business and so, finding the right candidate with a strong foundation to develop as our contract sales manager was pivotal to our continued growth. With a background in kitchens, appliances and luxury brands, Emily is the perfect fit for our team, and to date has consistently demonstrated her commercial mindset and creative acumen. I look forward to working more closely with Emily, and am very excited to be her mentor as she develops her skills in contract furniture sales. Her main focus will centre on nurturing new and existing clients, identifying fresh prospects, and developing new brand partnerships.”

Emily Everett, Contract Sales Manager at LEICHT Contracts says, “I love connecting with people and making things happen so the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in the contract kitchen sector is the logical next step. Previously, I was responsible for overseeing all appliance sales, from initial contact to post-sales support in my role at Officine Gullo so I am well-versed in project management. Working with such a high-profile Italian artisanal kitchen and appliance brand, I have cultivated relationships with renowned interior designers, architects and ultra-high net worth clients seeking luxury solutions. My expertise in the super-premium market has given me a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of discerning clients.”

She adds, “As a consultant for V-ZUG, I had the privilege of being part of the UK launch team with hands-on experience of creating and maintaining a high level of brand awareness for a luxury brand. Providing expert knowledge of its products and design principles to clients, including architects, designers, retailers, developers, and end-users is second nature to me. I also thoroughly enjoyed inviting the design community into the V-ZUG experience by creating and managing special showroom events. My role as a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer, ignited my passion for the KBB industry as I managed the sales process from start to finish, taking exceptional care of the client. My responsibilities included site measuring, concept development using CAD, creating proposals for product and installation, and ensuring seamless project execution through to the end of each kitchen. From concept to completion, I love every aspect of the customer journey, and I’m thrilled to be able to influence the future of the built environment through my work at LEICHT Contracts.”

Matt Goddon, Design Director at LEICHT Contracts says, “I am delighted to welcome Emily on board, who has hit the ground running from day one. Our philosophy of long-term sustainable growth is based on the needs of our clients and continued evolution of the architectural kitchen space. LEICHT Contracts is moving into a new era of growth, so we are pleased to welcome Emily to the team so we can all build a better future together.”
