The retailer stood out from competitors due to cross-channel sale figures, staff development values and customer satisfaction ratings. Duff Morgan Seat Norwich with âLoyalty Awardâ, Bannerman Seat with âMost Improved Award 1st Placeâ, Duff Morgan Kingâs Lynn Seat with âMost Improved Award 2nd Placeâ and B & H Motors with âMost Improved Award 3rd Placeâ. With the great success Seat has seen over the past 12 months, this yearâs awards was the most hotly-contested yet, and each winner has had to be nothing short of outstanding, said Seat UKâs managing director, Richard Harrison.
