Aston Martin has opened its first brand boutique in the centre of Londonâs Mayfair.
The boutique is called âAston Martin at No.8 Dover Streetâ and is not just a car showroom, but also a showcase for the sports car manufacturerâs luxury goods, as well as a place to view brand collaborations and book driving experiences.
The site will also be a destination for design master classes, dinner series, art exhibitions and other exclusive events.
The Warwickshire based firm said that the boutique was an expression of the marqueâs Art of Living by Aston Martin concept and a carefully chosen portfolio of the finest artisan products and truly bespoke experiences that embody the Aston Martin spirit.
Also available at No.8 Dover Street will be products from the companyâs partners, including FPM, Silver Cross, Emilia Burano, Quintessence Yachts, Marma London and Hackett London.
Aston Martinâs executive vice president and chief creative officer, Marek Reichman, designed the shopâs interior space along with his design team.
Reichman commented: Dover Street mixes art, culture, shopping, luxury and elegance. Itâs the perfect place for Aston Martin. We are surrounded by art, design and beauty and want to feature the ideas that inspire us and share them with a wider audience.
No. 8 Dover Street is a place where existing customers, admirers of the brand and people new to the marque can understand our design philosophies and experience the spirit of Aston Martin.
Last month, Aston martin revealed plans to produce a limited edition convertible version of its stunning new Vanquish Zagato Coupe.
The model is getting its North American debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and to coincide with this the Gaydon-based firm has said it will be putting into production the Vanquish Zagato Volante.
Aston Martin said that the production of the new model comes in response to overwhelming customer interest for the new coupe.
