We have been manufacturing windscreen wash-wipe systems for many years now for a range of low volume automotive companies, from construction equipment such as JCB and Caterpillar to niche sports cars such as Lotus and Morgan.
Although these systems are not overly visible or alluring, they are vital. Frequently the bottles for a wash-wipe system are complex shapes as they are often designed after the main areas of the vehicle, and therefore occupy compact, inaccessible and compromised spaces. We have been designing and assembling blow moulded windscreen wash systems since our inception over 25 years ago and blow moulding the containers in-house for over 5 years.
This means that we also work closely with designers and toolmakers. In fact, our experience and expertise in this area means that we can take an idea to production and project manage this for our customers if needed. We therefore like to work on niche, small run projects that allow us to partner with our customers and help them to achieve their goals and do our bit to help their customers get what they need too.
Working in the automotive industry for so many years has ingrained in us the rigour of producing high quality goods at a fair price and delivered on time to our customers, many of whom have been with us for over 25 years (JCB, Lotus and Caterpillar for example).
We have recently diversified from pure automotive into a range of technical blow moulded products and are growing our business in this area. Our expertise with complex blow moulded applications combined with our end to end project management experience means that we are ideally placed to help entrepreneurial partners achieve their innovation goals.
We are excited to be purchasing a new, larger machine to give opportunities to work with a range of new clients. This will also enable us to move forward more readily with projects using recycled and bio-degradable polymers. To this end, we are working with a consortium of Welsh universities to be at the forefront of this technology.
Our values have always been to be a stakeholder business; caring for customers, employees, our supply chain partners and wider societies. Caring for the environment is second nature to us and we encourage our customers to use a percentage of recycled polymers in their bottles as the norm. We are currently working hard to deliver against all of these values as they are more important than ever in the turbulent times we are experiencing today.
I would welcome the opportunity to talk with you and discuss how we can help you to achieve your goals. Until then please look around the site and any feedback on it would be welcomed.
